PLEASE NOTE: Zapmii can not be held responsible for delivery delays due to unforeseen circumstances outside our reasonable control, such as delays due to severe weather, natural disasters or strikes.

Standard Shipping and Handling

Standard orders are processed once credit card authorisation and verification have been obtained. Orders despatched via standard delivery typically arrive in one (1) to five (5) business days for UK, three (3) to ten (10) business days for Europe and seven (7) to twenty one (21) business days for rest of the world.

Actual delivery times are subject to change. The delivery times displayed in the shopping bag at the time of your order will reflect when you should expect to receive an order placed on that day and will appear in your order confirmation email.

We only ship to addresses in the United Kingdom, Europe and Americas and are not able to ship to PO Boxes, British Forces Post Office (BFPO), Channel Islands or Isle of Man.

Bank Holidays

Please note that our carrier cannot deliver on a bank holiday. Any orders placed on a bank holiday will be processed the following business day.

Multiple Shipments

Where a single order results in multiple shipments, the shipping and handling charge discount may be applied to your order as per the weight. Each shipment is treated as separate a sale/transaction.

Shipments are via Royal Mail, Yodel and Hermes.

Delivery Information

A signature is required on receipt of your parcel. If you are not available to accept delivery, Our carrier may leave your package with a neighbour. The driver will leave a calling card with the house number where the package signed for and delivered at your address to let you know this has been done. If the parcel cannot be left with a neighbour, our carrier will bring the package back to the local depot, and leave a calling card explaining how to arrange for redelivery.

How long does delivery to United Kingdom, Europe and the rest of the World take?

United Kingdom - 1 business day

Belgium, Luxembourg & Germany - 2 business days

Denmark, Sweden & The Netherlands - 3-5 business days

France, Spain, Austria & Switzerland - 7-10 business days

Italy - 7-10 business days

Other European countries - 5-10 business days

Worldwide - 2-3 weeks

You will receive the tracking information on the days your order has been shipped.

How will my order be shipped?

Shipment goes via Royal Mail. You will receive the tracking information when your package leaves our warehouse.

Does Zapmii ship to P.O. Boxes?

No, this is not possible.

Is it possible to indicate a different address for the delivery?

Yes, you can provide a different address than your own.

The delivery time has passed, but I still have not received my order. What should I do?

In very few cases the delivery can take longer than the period indicated by Zapmii. For United Kingdom customers, if you have not received your order within three working days, please contact our Customer Service department.

Customers within Europe should wait five working days after the indication date provided by Royal Mail and customers in the rest of the world must allow fourteen days.
